The TDC is home to Western Washington University, Research and Development and Bellingham Technology College, Workforce Training Programs. The Port of Bellingham offers two separate meeting spaces in this state-of-the-art facility.
The Douglas G. Smith Conference Room is a classroom style meeting space with multi-media capabilties. This space seats 60 people theater style and 26 people classroom style.
The smaller Conference Room is ideal for a small group looking for a unique, central location. This space seats up to 8 people.
