Port of Bellingham Accepting Developers' Proposals
for Mixed-Use Blaine Development Project
[Bellingham, Wash.] The Port of Bellingham is currently accepting developers' Requests for Qualifications and Vision for the Blaine Wharf District waterfront development. The deadline for these submissions is 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31. To view the full Request for Proposals and Vision click here.
Blaine lies 35 miles south of Vancouver, British Columbia. This public/private real estate development opportunity is a prime waterfront parcel of approximately 5.25 acres within the city's wharf district.
