The Bellingham Shipping Terminal is a secured site. Access is available only to personnel with approved identification and advance approval from the facility security officer.

If you are working on a vessel moored at the facility, please contact the vessel captain for access. If you see or suspect something that could compromise the facility's security, please contact 9-1-1 immediately.
