The Portal is Whatcom County's new container village hub at the heart of the downtown waterfront, located at 298 W Laurel Street, Bellingham. Featuring six local businesses and one rotating retail shop creatively operating out of metal shipping containers, The Portal Container Village has something for everyone to explore! Spend your day riding the waterfront pump track with a Sun-E-Land bike rental, swing over to Portal Putt, Bellingham's only outdoor mini golf course, and refresh with a cup of coffee and pastry from Our Kitchen, or enjoy a specialty Selkie Scoop ice cream. Stay for breakfast, lunch and or dinner and grab a bite from Rain or Shine Riviera Club or food from one of our rotating food trucks or kick back with a pint at Kulshan Trackside Beer Garden- whatever you’re feeling, we’ve got you covered! The Portal is a family friendly and pet friendly space providing a unique experience for all, with beautiful views of Bellingham Bay right in the heart of Bellingham, WA.
