Attending Port Meetings

COVID-19 Precautions


To help avoid large gatherings, participation in Port Commission meetings is being offered using Zoom video conferencing. Meeting Location


All regular Port of Bellingham Commission meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in the port’s administrative offices, which are located at:

Times & Dates

Meetings are held at 4:00 pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month, except for two exceptions which are as follows. (a) The second meeting in January will be held on Wednesday the 22nd.  (b) There are only one meeting in the months of July, August and December; which will be held on July 21st, August 11th and December 8th.  View the port's events calendar for a list of upcoming meetings. 

Public Comment

The public is invited to comment during Port Commission meetings at 4:00 and 5:30 pm.  Out of respect for everyone attending, the public comment period will be limited to 15 minutes total. Speakers are asked to keep their comments to less than three minutes each.

The Port of Bellingham encourages people with disabilities to participate in public meetings. For assistance with special needs, please call the port at 360-676-2500 at least four days in advance.
