Attending Port Meetings

COVID-19 Precautions


To help avoid large gatherings, participation in Port Commission meetings is being offered using Zoom video conferencing. Meeting Location


All regular Port Commission meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held in the Port’s Administrative office, located at:

Times & Dates

Meetings are typically held at 4:00 pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month, except during the months of July, August and December when there is only one Commission meeting.  View the port's events calendar for a list of upcoming meetings. 

Public Comment

The public is invited to comment at the beginning of each Port Commission meeting at 4:00 pm and at the end of each Commission meeting.  Out of respect for everyone attending, the public comment period will be limited to 15 minutes total. Speakers are asked to keep their comments to less than three minutes each.

The Port encourages people with disabilities to participate in public meetings. For assistance with special needs, please call the Port at 360-676-2500 at least four days in advance.
