The Port of Bellingham's Regional Economic Partnership works directly with established companies looking to expand or locate operations within Whatcom County. As the county’s designated Associate Development Organization (ADO), the Port serves as the primary liaison to the Washington State Department of Commerce, facilitating access to resources and support.
