	REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS- BOARDMILL REDEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY	The Port of Bellingham is issuing this request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the historic Boardmill Building located within the Waterfront District in Bellingham, Washington. This area is coming alive with new residential units, container village vendors, community events, a micro-brewery with outside seating areas, a large bike park, the seasonal farmers market, and offices and businesses located within the historic Granary Building.
