The Port has released a Draft of its Recreation, Conservation and Public Access Plan. A public hearing to solicit comment on the Draft Recreation, Conservation and Public Access Plan will be held during the December 5th Port Commission meeting in the Harbor Center Conference Room.  Port Commission meetings start at 4 pm.
