Port Seeks Native Artwork Proposals

The Port is seeking individuals or businesses to provide proposals for Native Artwork in a highly visible community gathering place located at Bellwether on the Bay, Bellingham, Washington. Bellwether on the Bay is a first-class mixed-use development area which includes well-maintained walking trails along the shoreline, a superb “neighborhood” featuring waterfront offices, fine dining, a 66 room luxury hotel and the Tom Glenn Common public park. The Public Art Site is located on the water-side of 23 Bellwether Way adjacent to the public promenade. Port funding for the Native Artwork project is not to exceed $30,000, inclusive. Proposals are due no later than 4 pm on July 31, 2019. For more information, click here.
