Public Hearing on Proposed Modification to Port's Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements

A public hearing will be held at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Harbor Center Building, located at 1801 Roeder Avenue, Belingham, Washington, to receive comment regarding a proposed modification to the Port Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements for the Waterfront District in Bellingham.  The modification is being considered to improve the layout of future parks of roads through the interior of Bellingham's downtown waterfront to enhance public access to and through the site.

The following documents will be considered as a modification to the Port’s Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements: 

The proposed modification to the Port’s Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements will be considered in conjunction with the consideration of the final adoption of the Documents which is anticipated to occur December 10, 2019. Public comment is being taken through November 19th, 2019.
